Jason has been called to serve in the London, England South Mission. When he was reading the letter he joked that he had been called to Coshocton, Ohio. That is where my parents live now and it is in the middle of nowhere. I think he had a few people a little worried. My Dad, Riley, and Mark (my husband) had gone to Utah to see Jason get set apart and do a little hunting. It was such a blessing that he got the call the day before they were coming. So he waited so they could be there when he opened it. That's me on one of the many cell phones in the picture. I would have loved to be there, but atleast I got to hear all of the excitement.

That is so exciting! I can't believe Jason is old enough to go on a mission.
What a "tender mercy of the Lord" to have it arrive the day before they got there. When my mom told me that they were there to see him open it, I wondered how they pulled that kind of planning off. Clearly, someone else was working on that one! Congratulations to Jason!
Hi Kory,
I loved seeing those pictures, I wasn't there when the call was opened, but arrived shortly after so it was really fun to see the pictures. What a great blessing for it to come at such a perfect time. I was thinking of you and your mom as you were away and thought about the excitement you must have felt. It was so fun to see your Dad and Riley this weekend. I miss them being here. We love you guys and are so excited to see your blog.
Who were everyone on the phones with?
I know my mom and I were on a couple of them, but I'm not sure who else.
