The Fort

Jason left yesterday so I let Gavin and Madison have a sleepover the night before. They spent the night making this fort. The only casualty was the piggy bank, it got knocked over and shattered all over the floor. Oh well, Gavin and Madison will never forget the fort they made with Jason. It was so nice to spend some one on one time with Jason before he leaves on his mission. We left the airport yesterday, turned the corner and Madison said, "I miss Jason already". Gavin didn't say much of anything because he was sound asleep. He didn't want to miss any time with Jason so he was up at about 5:30 every morning running downstairs to make sure Jason was still there. We had such a good time and look forward to spending more time with our family at Christmas.

Just like three bugs in a rug....
What can I say , Family time is the best. I think we all look forward to the times we can be together. Madison and Gavin grandma wants to have a sleepover. When you come in December we will make a fort at grandma's house....

What a cute blog. I hope you don't mind that I took a picture from your blog off for our family Christmas party. It was the one of Jason opening his call. Also, I want to make a big fort with my grandkids. They would love it. What cute kids! Madison is becoming a real beauty just like her mom. Spencer sure misses Gavin. They would have fun being pirates together.

That's to sweet! It made me tear up. I've been missing family and home today, so it was a boost to see such happy things! Those are great memories you are creating!
