Dentist

In between our Halloween activities the kids all had dentist appointments. They were all cavity free:) Which is always nice. I had  to get a picture of Dylan with these cool glasses on. They were all in different rooms so I didn't get a picture of everyone but I thought he was pretty cute!

Trunk or Treat

Our ward had our Trunk or Treat. I searched online for an easy and cheap way to decorate the trunk.
This is what we came up with. Madison and Camryn loved helping me make the teeth and eyes. We took a picture before we left because I knew once we got there I wouldn't have a chance. It was a lot of fun and the kids got lots of yummy candy. That's what they tell me anyway:) I didn't sneak any or anything.

The Zoo

The kids were out of school one day so we took a trip to the zoo with our cousins. They had it all decorated for Boo at the Zoo. So we got to see all the decorations without paying for it. It was cooler weather so a lot of the animals were out and active. My kids loved all the cut outs for picture opportunities.

YMCA Halloween Party

The YMCA had a Halloween Party. It had a mad scientist theme so there was a lot of cool science stuff for the kids to do. They also had the rock wall open and bounce houses. The kids had a great time!

Scarecrows

We went to Village Hall again to pick our favorite scarecrows. Dylan and Camryn had really been looking forward to it. We passed it everyday on the way to school. So I heard about it every day for a couple of weeks. There were some great ones again this year!

Apple Farm

We went apple picking at Eckerts with cousins. They have so much for the kids to do. We went to the pig races where Mark got picked. His pig won the race and he was awarded a pooping pig key chain which my kids loved. They had a train, slide, jumping pillow, rides and a haunted house. The apples we picked were delicious!

Camping

We spent a weekend camping at Sunpoint Resort in Piedmont, Missouri. We stayed in a cabin and the resort had miniature golf, tennis court and a basketball court. I use the term resort loosely because it was a little old and the kids thought the cabin smelled funny. But we had a good time anyway. We also went to the lake one afternoon. I didn't bring swimming suits because the pool was closed and I thought the lake would be too cold. I should have because the kids went fully clothed in the lake. They were such a mess from the water and the sand. But that was probably one of their favorite parts. It was fun to spend time together!
